TheQueensPup is a 29 year old content creator from Austria. She uses she/her pronouns and identifies as a lesbian. Since starting her streaming journey back in 2020 she has mainly streamed Dead by Daylight and aims to create a supportive community that is both welcoming and fun to hang out with. Three years ago she started creating icon packs for Dead by Daylight and publishing them on NightLight.gg, including the Pride Pack which was made created to celebrate pride month and the release of new pride charms in the game.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:
I. G E N E R A L D I S C L A I M E R S❖ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.❖ Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and lead to a termination of the commission.❖ No NSFW or AI content.
II. P A Y M E N T❖ Payment process is through Ko-fi or PayPal.❖ Accepted currency is EUR and USD.
III. P R O C E S S❖ Upon receiving your commission I will work on a preview based on your vision, including information from DMs, that will be provided to you when finished.❖ After checking in with you, I will either revise or continue working on finishing up your commission.❖ When finished, I will provide you with the files.❖ The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1 month depending on various factors, including but not limited to: complexity of work, order of commission, irl issues outside of my control.❖ If any of the factors stated above occur I will notify you!
IV. C U S T O M E R S A T I S F A C T I O N❖ I do everything I can do bring the vision of your commission to life. However, after a commission has been completed, only minor changes are allowed to be made.❖ Please make sure to be clear in your commission as to what you are envisioning! Do not hesitate to reach out prior to me through my socials. ♡
V. C O P Y R I G H T / U S A G E P O L I C Y❖ I, the artist, hold every right to the produced commission, not the commissioner. Therefore (I reserve the right to):— post the commissioned work on my social media
— stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the commission
— any logos/characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners
— the final product can be made available to the public via filesharing or uploading on platforms like NightLight.gg, unless you purchase exclusivity rights
— the commission may not under any circumstance be used commercially by you
— credit is required when sharing the commission on social media
VI. C A N C E L L I N G / R E F U N D P O L I C Y❖ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.❖ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after payments are received and the process has progressed beyond the first preview.❖ If money has not yet been sent, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.❖ Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me prior to commission.
